We wrote a book!

It’s called Difficult Hugs: How we created an anti-patriarchal men’s group and how you can too.

In this book, we present the work and methods that we’ve developed over our first four years of activities. By sharing resources and knowledge, the book urges more cis men to be active in the fight against masculine domination.

Then we also made a zine

Men, Interrupted: A workbook for not being a bystander.

Most of us know that patriarchy harms FINTA people; and still, as men, we often help keep it going by staying silent in moments where something feels off. This zine introduces the 5D’s of Bystander Intervention and 9 scenarios to role play together as a group and strengthen bystander intervention skills.
